Sacred Scroll provides users with access to Bible verses, inspirational content, and the option to make donations. The application is provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

You agree to use Sacred Scroll only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You shall not use the application to:

• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable

4. Donation Terms

All donations made through Sacred Scroll are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you agree to the following:

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• You are authorizing a legitimate charge to the payment method provided
• You are the legal owner of the payment method used to make the donation
• The information you provide during the donation process is accurate and complete
• All transactions will appear as "Sacred Scroll" (or similar) on your statement

5. Tax Deductions

Please consult with a tax professional to determine if your donation is tax-deductible in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice or automatically issue tax receipts for donations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Sacred Scroll, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sacred Scroll or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Scroll shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the application. Your continued use of Sacred Scroll after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
