• We do not collect personally identifiable information.
• We do not track your usage patterns or verse preferences.
• We do not store your donation information; all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
• Local storage is used only for storing your dark/light mode preference.

Offline Usage

Sacred Scroll functions as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it may cache content on your device to enable offline usage. This cache is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Donation & Payment Information

When you make a donation to Sacred Scroll:

• Your payment is processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor
• We receive your name and email address from Stripe to send you a receipt
• We do not store your credit card information - this is handled entirely by Stripe
• We maintain donation records for tax and accounting purposes, but these do not include full payment details
• You may receive transactional emails confirming your donation

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Bible APIs: When you request a verse, our application makes requests to Bible verse APIs to retrieve content.
• Stripe: For processing donations. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they process your payment data.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
